BEFORE MONDAY 29 JUN 09,
1) In regards to H1N1, BMSS has sent a letter, along with a TRAVEL DECLARATION form, to your home (the address you have given me at the beginning of the year). The letter is addressed to your parent, however you can open it up and get the TRAVEL DECLARATION form filled. This TRAVEL DECLARATION FORM needs to be submitted on Monday 29 JUNE 09! It is urgent as the form will be sent to the Ministry in the morning. If you do not bring the form...it's going to be very troublesome.
2) Please check that you have your thermometer with you at all times. There will be 2 temperature taking each day. If you do not bring your thermometer, it is going to be very troublseome. No sharing is allowed.
3) Please bring your REPORT BOOK and checked that it has been signed.
4) The following is your timetable for semester 2. Should there be any changes I will update you.

ON MONDAY 29 JUN 09,
1) Please report to my homeroom (Artroom 1) by 720am. There will be pledge taking but no singing of national athem.
2) There will be a number of things to do this morning so please be co-operative and endure.
3) We will appoint new class committee on Monday. Class committees are supposed to change every semester to allow more people the opportunity for leadership roles.
Please remember the ABOVE tasks.
